Responsibilities and Duties:
The UX Designer will be responsible for the following:
Conduct user research to understand target audiences and their needs.
Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on design concepts.
Use feedback from usability testing to iterate and refine design concepts.
Enhance the overall user experience based on research and testing findings.
Skills and Qualities:
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following:
Proven experience in UX Design.
Strong knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.
Ability to identify user needs and create functional design concepts in response.
Capacity to iterate and refine design strategies based on feedback and insights.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
A minimum of three years of experience in UX design.
Experience in user research and usability testing.
A portfolio demonstrating strong design concepts and forward-thinking UX strategies.
