Responsibilities and Duties:

The UX Designer will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct user research to understand target audiences and their needs.

• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on design concepts.

• Use feedback from usability testing to iterate and refine design concepts.

• Enhance the overall user experience based on research and testing findings.

Skills and Qualities:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following:

• Proven experience in UX Design.

• Strong knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.

• Ability to identify user needs and create functional design concepts in response.

• Capacity to iterate and refine design strategies based on feedback and insights.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of three years of experience in UX design.

• Experience in user research and usability testing.

• A portfolio demonstrating strong design concepts and forward-thinking UX strategies.
