Job Title: IT DevOps
We are seeking a highly skilled IT DevOps to strengthen our IT team. As an IT DevOps, you'll play a combo role binding both, software development and IT operations. You will connect these two important areas of our business to ensure seamless integration, collaboration, and efficiency between these teams.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure there is an efficient balance between development and operations teams.
Organize, plan, and manage production IT infrastructure.
Design and build automated deployment frameworks.
streamline the deployment and updating process.
Identify issues and resolve them quickly.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest DevOps development approaches and tools.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Solid experience with Linux-based infrastructures, Linux/Unix administration, and AWS.
Proficiency in scripting languages: Shell, Python, Perl.
Working knowledge of Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes preferred.
Good problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Necessary Experience
A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a DevOps role.
Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services.
Experience in continuous integration and version control tools.
Additional Requirements
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Models.
Experience with systems and IT operations.
Flexibility to handle work outside of office hours when required.
