Job Title: Business Process Designer

We are seeking a Business Process Designer with the ability to optimize our existing systems. Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee and diagnose process inefficiencies and design solutions in alignment with business goals.

• Align with stakeholders to map out existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Optimize resource utilization to increase company efficiency.

• Plan and lead the implementation of process changes and ensure all affected parties are trained accordingly.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to implement changes smoothly and boost staff understanding of new processes.

• Demonstrated knowledge in statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies

Experience

• Proven work experience in business process design, and improving workflows in a business setting

• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders at different levels of the organization

Additional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience

Certification in Six Sigma, Lean management, or related fields is preferred.
