Job Title: Construction Design

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with hands-on construction design experience to join our team. As a Construction Design Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating design deliverables, managing design projects from concept through completion, and collaborating with multiple teams to create viable design solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conceptualize and execute design solutions for construction projects

• Develop plans and 3D models using relevant software applications

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals

• Ensure designs comply with safety and quality standards

• Present design ideas and drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field

• Demonstrated experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software

• Proficient with construction industry design tools

• Outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Experience:

• Minimum of three years in a design role within the construction industry

• Proven track record in managing large-scale design projects
