Job Title: Construction Design
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with hands-on construction design experience to join our team. As a Construction Design Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating design deliverables, managing design projects from concept through completion, and collaborating with multiple teams to create viable design solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conceptualize and execute design solutions for construction projects
Develop plans and 3D models using relevant software applications
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals
Ensure designs comply with safety and quality standards
Present design ideas and drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
Demonstrated experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
Proficient with construction industry design tools
Outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
