Job Title: Assistant Preschool Teacher

As an Assistant Preschool Teacher, you will contribute significantly to participatory educational experiences, supporting our lead teacher and enhancing our young learners' growth and development. Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess at least an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

• Should exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Must have the ability to manage children in a group setting and encourage their learning.

• Knowledge of child development, creative educational teaching methods, and experience working with children with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborate with the lead teacher to implement educational activities.

• Assist in dealing with emotional and developmental issues, and foster self-esteem.

• Provide physical care, helping children with their meals and toileting needs.

• Actively engage in activities with the children and maintain classroom safety.

Experience

• Minimum of one year working in an educational setting, preferably with children in the provided age group (3 to 5 years).

• Experience in adhering to safety and health guidelines in a classroom.

Additional Requirements

• Must undergo a comprehensive background check.

• Must have up-to-date immunizations.

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
