The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our broad range of customers, focusing on issue resolution for software, hardware, and other tech products. This role necessitates industry acumen, adequate knowledge of tech products, and a customer service mindset.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers to ensure top-tier customer experience.
Address and efficiently resolve issues related to our software, hardware, and tech products.
Use troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and remedy technical problems reported by customers.
Record and track issue resolution processes for future reference and training.
Interact with Engineering teams to seek assistance or guidance when necessary.
Present timely responses and effective resolution to customer queries, embracing DayneTech's dedication to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Support Engineer or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Fluency in various software, hardware, and tech products.
Demonstrable proficiency in troubleshooting technical problems.
Excellent communication skills, paired with a customer-centric attitude.
