Responsibilities and Duties:
Pioneer and integrate technical expertise within the sales team to elevate the promotion and selling of products or services to our customers
Establish, develop, and uphold relationships with clients to guarantee sustainable business growth
Address technical inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring comprehensive solutions are presented
Proactively seek ways to achieve customer satisfaction
Qualifications/Skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable technical expertise in a related field
Capability to work efficiently in a team
Experience with CRM software
BSc degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
