Job Title: Education Analyst, Data Collection and Analysis
LearnLink Insights is seeking a skilled and experienced Education Analyst. The candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of collecting, cleaning, and analyzing educational data from various sources. The primary goal will be identifying trends, patterns, and KPIs that can inform our diverse educational strategies and advancements.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Collect, clean, and maintain educational data from numerous channels such as student records, surveys, assessments, and external datasets.

Analyze educational data to identify trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and patterns.

Utilize data visualization tools to present findings effectively and clearly.

Generate written and visual reports to support the evaluation and decision-making processes of educational programming.

Conduct research on emerging trends, industry benchmarks, and educational best practices to inform institutional strategies.

Benchmark educational programs against peer institutions to identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates must possess proven analytical abilities, excellent data interpretation skills, highly organized, and keen attention to detail. They must also be proficient in using statistical and data visualization tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present data-driven insights clearly and effectively, are also required.
Experience:
A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role within the education sector is desirable. Experience in report writing, data presentation, and dashboard creation is an added advantage.

Candidates must be willing to undergo routine background checks and must be legally authorized to work within the United States.
