Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop detailed architectural designs

• Coordinate with project teams

• Evaluate the feasibility of the design

• Ensure all projects are up to code

• Supervise project execution

• Anticipate potential problems to mitigate in advance

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• An exceptional foundation in Building Science or a related discipline.

• Must have the ability to seamlessly blend form, function, and safety.

• A flair for innovation and a disciplined, organized approach toward managing projects are nonnegotiable.

• Being proficient in design software like AutoCAD and REVIT.

• Have an excellent grip over the English language, both written and spoken.

• Capable problem-solver, prepared to tackle challenges head-on.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in architectural engineering or a related field is required. Work experience in a similar type of construction project would be a significant advantage.

Additional Requirements

Membership in a recognized professional architectural organization would be preferable.
