• Evaluate the effectiveness of training methods and implement improvements as needed.
• Monitor and assess trainer performance, offering feedback and coaching where necessary.

• Manage and allocate resources, including trainers, training facilities, and training materials.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

• Proven experience as a training manager.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to design and implement strategic training plans.
• Collaborative team player, able to manage a diverse group of trainers.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Adaptable with good problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, education, or related field.
