AeroPort Innovations is seeking an adept Professional Services Engineer for Solution Implementation. Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Professional Services Engineer, you will:
Lead the onsite implementation of our solutions, maintaining punctuality and staying within the scope of the project.
Configure and customize our innovative products that are tailored to our customer’s unique requirements.
Provide technical guidance and expertise during the implementation phase, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with customers to seamlessly integrate our products within their existing infrastructure.
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
Conduct root cause analysis and devise strategies to mitigate any recurring issues.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
The ideal candidate should possess:
A bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts.
Comprehensive understanding of various IT infrastructure systems and networks.
Project management skills with a proven track record of leading successful technical deployments.
Experience:
Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Professional Services Engineering role or a similar position.
Additional Requirements:
Periodic travel may be required for customer site implementation and support.
