Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Professional Services Engineer, you will:

• Lead the onsite implementation of our solutions, maintaining punctuality and staying within the scope of the project.

• Configure and customize our innovative products that are tailored to our customer’s unique requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and expertise during the implementation phase, enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with customers to seamlessly integrate our products within their existing infrastructure.

• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Conduct root cause analysis and devise strategies to mitigate any recurring issues.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts.

• Comprehensive understanding of various IT infrastructure systems and networks.

• Project management skills with a proven track record of leading successful technical deployments.

Experience:

Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Professional Services Engineering role or a similar position.

Additional Requirements:

Periodic travel may be required for customer site implementation and support.
