Job Title: Paraprofessional Educator

Qualifications and Skills

• Associate degree or related experience in education.

• Proficient in a variety of instructional strategies and technologies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students, teachers, and parents.

• Ability to assist teachers in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics.

• Flexibility with work hours and tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Supporting the teacher in implementing the curriculum and developing lesson plans.

• Assisting in classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.

• Working with individuals or small groups of students on instructional activities.

• Evaluating student progress and providing feedback.

• Helping prepare materials and equipment for classroom activities.

Experience

Previous experience in an educational environment is highly desirable, but not mandatory. Candidates with diverse professional backgrounds who demonstrate a strong interest in education and a commitment to continuous learning are welcome.
