Responsibilities and Duties
Provide tailored advice and guidance to individuals considering further education.
Assist with university and course applications, offering expert insight into application processes and requirements.
Provide information and guidance on available scholarships and financial support options.
Track the progress of decisions and applications, offering regular updates and feedback to individuals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the education sector, schooling systems, and study options.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an advisory or counseling role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the education system and higher education application processes.
Genuine interest in education and career guidance.

They must have a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Because of the varying schedules of the individuals we serve, flexible availability including some evenings and weekends is necessary.
