Responsibilities and Duties:
• Prepare and dispatch invoices based on negotiated terms and services rendered.
• Ensure the precision of billing data, including product or service specifics, quantities, prices, and relevant discounts.
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and additional documentation to assure billing precision.
• Validate billing details against sales and service logs to negate discrepancies.
• Organize and keep comprehensive records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Continually update customer details and billing information as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous experience in a billing position.
• Familiarity with accounting and financial procedures.
• Expertise with accounting software and data entry.
• High detail-orientation accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional ability to identify discrepancies and anomalies in financial data.
• Proficiency in time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
