Job Title: Finance Clerk

At TechSupport Solutions Inc, we are on the prowl for an organized, detail-oriented Finance Clerk who will be responsible for accurately recording financial data and executing financial operations to ensure smooth functioning of our financial framework. Involved in integral financial procedures, the prospective hire will play an active role in invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Recording financial transactions on company accounting software and spreadsheets diligently.

• Preparing customer and vendor invoices, ensuring full compliance with business protocols.

• Overseeing accounts payable operations, including the processing of supplier invoices, reviewing payment terms, and ensuring timely payments.

• Monitoring customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments as part of accounts receivable work.

• Performing monthly bank reconciliation and resolving any discrepancies to ensure utter financial transparency.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.

• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in accounting software.

• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer liaisons.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Prior experience in a finance-related position will be an added advantage.
