Job Title: Bank Clerk

Our organization seeks an efficient and detail-oriented Bank Clerk to process all transactions accurately and provide our customers with an outstanding banking experience. You will be the front face of our institution, confident in handling cash and financial transactions, and capable of providing comprehensive support to our clients. The right candidate will be an individual who can efficiently navigate banking software, maintains a professional demeanor, and values integrity and discretion in dealing with customer accounts.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Process financial transactions presented by customers

• Maintain accurate details of each transaction

• Perform data entry services in updating customer accounts

• Strictly adhere to banking rules and regulations

• Provide exceptional customer service including advising on financial products

• Manage and balance cash drawers

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma required; a degree in finance or related field is a plus

• Proficiency in mathematics and understanding of financial rules and transactions

• Familiarity with banking software and strong computer skills

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is preferred

• Available to work in a flexible schedule including weekends
