Job Title: Bank Clerk

Responsibilities and Duties
Process financial transactions presented by customers
Maintain accurate details of each transaction
Perform data entry services in updating customer accounts
Strictly adhere to banking rules and regulations
Provide exceptional customer service including advising on financial products
Manage and balance cash drawers
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma required; a degree in finance or related field is a plus
Proficiency in mathematics and understanding of financial rules and transactions
Familiarity with banking software and strong computer skills
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is preferred
