At BeyondTravel Adventures, we are searching for a highly skilled Office Assistant to aid us with efficient office operations. You will maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in assisting visitors, clients, and employees; handle incoming phone calls and inquiries; oversee office supplies; sort and distribute mail and packages; schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings; and implement essential organizational tasks. If you are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have a knack for customer service, you might be the teammate we're seeking.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Cheerfully welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
Expertly handle incoming phone calls, take messages, and field inquiries as closely as possible.
Be accountable for office supplies, conducting inventory and placing orders when needed.
Swiftly sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, prepare outgoing mail, and organize courier services.
Efficiently assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma in High School or above, previous office experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other essential office tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
