Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Manage calendars for executives and team members.
Prepare meeting rooms with necessary materials and resources.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Demonstrated ability to perform efficiently under pressure.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role or office administration is beneficial but not mandatory.
Additional Requirements:
All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to commute or relocate to Philadelphia.
