Job Title: Office Concierge
Are you friendly, professional, and organized? SereneSolutions Group is seeking an Office Concierge to provide optimum front desk management and administrative support. As the first point of contact, this individual will be a vital member of our team, establishing the tone of professionalism and warm reception our visitors and employees experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
Greet and welcome visitors and employees with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Maintain and update visitor logs and contact directories.
Provide administrative support to various departments, including document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and reserve conference rooms.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist with making travel arrangements for our team as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as an Office Concierge or in a related role is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with administrative procedures are a must. An understanding of office management systems and procedures is beneficial.
