The successful candidate will maintain records of such materials and their respective disposal status, alongside providing access to these records for authorized personnel whenever necessary.
Responsibilities and Duties
A day in the life of an Archival Clerk with us involves:
Ensuring the proper storage and handling of archival materials
Maintaining an efficient and accessible archive system
Providing access to archived records for authorized personnel
Monitoring and updating the record of archived materials and their disposal status
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Our ideal candidate holds the following:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated knowledge of records management standard practices
A regenerative understanding of the proper storage and handling of archival materials
A background in managing archival materials and records
Strong aptitude in maintaining a record of archived materials and their disposal status
Proficient skills in data entering, accuracy, and attention to details
Experience working with regulated archival systems
