Job Title: Office Executive
A crucial opening has arisen within QuantumEdge Innovations Ltd., for an organized and proactive individual to take on the role of Office Executive. Our Office Executive will be responsible for providing extensive administrative support to executives and staff, and will oversee office operations, ensuring seamless operation and efficiency. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage meetings, documents, and communication needs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Key tasks for the Office Executive include:
Manage schedules, traveling arrangements, and correspondence for executives and staff.
Oversee office operations, maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming workspace.
Direct office supplies and equipment management.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments, inclusive of preparations of meeting agendas and circulating materials.
Serve the company as the initial point of contact for queries both from within the organization and externally, providing excellent customer service and routing queries to the suitable team members.
Execute document management including the creation, editing, and formatting of documents, reports, and presentations, while maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
The successful candidate will possess:
Proven experience in an administrative, executive support or office management role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to operate office equipment and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Superb communication skills, both spoken and written.
Ability to make swift decisions, solve problems, and adapt to changing situations.
Additional Requirements
Candidates who have prior experience in a similar industry or equivalent will be highly considered.
