Job Title: Office Front Desk

The successful candidate will play a vital role by offering a friendly and professional atmosphere to all visitors, employees, and clients. This role encompasses traditional front-desk duties, including operating the telephone switchboard, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Welcome all visitors, clients, and employees and ensure they sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department. Manage all incoming calls with professionalism, taking and transferring messages where necessary. Extend excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing general information. Moreover, assist with various administrative duties such as mail coordination, appointment scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of experience in a front desk role or similar. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Proficiency in handling office equipment including but not limited to telephones, computers, and photocopiers. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is desired. Must be dependable, self-motivated, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
