We are currently looking for a dynamic Healthcare Management Consultant for our Client Engagement team at HealthSolutions Analytics. The successful candidate will play a critical role in fostering client relationships, assessing and analyzing healthcare systems, and enhancing healthcare delivery through strategic planning and process optimization.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and objectives.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of healthcare systems, processes, and data. Identify opportunities for improvement.

• Analyze financial, operational, and clinical data to develop actionable insights.

• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans for enhancing healthcare delivery, reducing costs, and improving patient outcomes.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization within healthcare organizations, implement best practices to streamline operations.

• Evaluate and recommend healthcare technologies and software solutions to enhance patient care, data management, and overall efficiency.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.

• Strong analytical abilities with experience in financial, operational, and clinical analysis.

• Knowledgeable about healthcare technologies and practice management software.

• Experience in strategic planning and process optimization in a healthcare setting.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare management or consulting
