Job Title: Healthcare Management Consultant, Client Engagement
We are currently looking for a dynamic Healthcare Management Consultant for our Client Engagement team at HealthSolutions Analytics. The successful candidate will play a critical role in fostering client relationships, assessing and analyzing healthcare systems, and enhancing healthcare delivery through strategic planning and process optimization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of healthcare systems, processes, and data. Identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyze financial, operational, and clinical data to develop actionable insights.
Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans for enhancing healthcare delivery, reducing costs, and improving patient outcomes.
Identify opportunities for process optimization within healthcare organizations, implement best practices to streamline operations.
Evaluate and recommend healthcare technologies and software solutions to enhance patient care, data management, and overall efficiency.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Strong analytical abilities with experience in financial, operational, and clinical analysis.
Knowledgeable about healthcare technologies and practice management software.
Experience in strategic planning and process optimization in a healthcare setting.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare management or consulting
