Responsibilities and Duties

Your main mission revolves around reviewing, investigating, and rectifying compliance incongruencies. Part of your everyday routine includes studying new healthcare laws and regulations, disseminating knowledge about them to all staff, and carrying out regular audits to monitor adherence. Also, you will be responsible for drafting and implementing compliance policies, educating employees about these policies, and enforcing adherence.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Law, or a related field. A Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) credential is preferred, but not a deal-breaker.
