Responsibilities and Duties

• Assisting patients with their personal needs including hygiene, mobility, and nutritional support.

• Monitoring patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse rate under supervision.

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals in administering patient care effectively.

• Maintaining clean and safe conditions of patient rooms and common areas.

• Documenting daily care notes to record patients' health status.

Qualifications and Skills

• CNA or relevant certification is required.

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

• Capability to lift patients and medical equipment of up to 30 lbs.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Attentive to detail and passionate about patients' wellbeing.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting is desired.
