Job Title: Healthcare Assistant
We are seeking a devoted Healthcare Assistant to provide indispensable support to our patients and collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities and Duties
Assisting patients with their personal needs including hygiene, mobility, and nutritional support.
Monitoring patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse rate under supervision.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals in administering patient care effectively.
Maintaining clean and safe conditions of patient rooms and common areas.
Documenting daily care notes to record patients' health status.
Qualifications and Skills
CNA or relevant certification is required.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Capability to lift patients and medical equipment of up to 30 lbs.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Attentive to detail and passionate about patients' wellbeing.
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting is desired.
Additional Requirements
Familiarity with emergency procedures and safety standards of a healthcare facility.
Willingness to commit to flexible work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
