Job Title: Billing Cashier
We are hunting for an experienced and diligent Billing Cashier to join our team. This role entails precise handling of all transactions, assuring the accuracy of billing documentation, and offering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Receive customer payments in cash, credit/debit cards, checks, etc.
Accurately log all transactions in the payment system, ensuring data correctness and promptness.
Issue receipts and provide necessary changes to customers.
Maintain a balanced cash drawer at the start and termination of each shift.
Create invoices for products or services given to customers.
Validate the precision of billing information and resolve any conflicts promptly.
Communicate courteously with customers to answer billing inquiries and solve issues.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least three years of practical experience as a Billing Cashier.
Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic mathematical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle cash and other types of payment methods.
