Responsibilities and Duties:

As an Employer Cashier, your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting customers in a welcoming, professional manner.
Addressing customer inquiries and explaining products, services, and shop policies.
Resolving customer complaints, escalating to a supervisor or manager as necessary.
Accepting payments for products or services and offering accurate change.
Operating cash registers, POS systems, and other vital equipment.
Completing all transactions in a timely, accurate manner.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

We are looking for someone with:

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Attention to detail in handling cash and operating POS systems.
Ability to handle customer complaints graciously.
Experience in cash handling.
Able to maintain a clean and organized work area.

Additional Requirements:

This position requires the flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate.
