At TechZone Electronics, we are seeking an attentive and trustworthy Finance Cashier who can capably handle cash operations and take charge of electronic transactions. This role demands an individual with an eye for detail, ability to maintain precise financial records, and a commitment to upholding our culture of integrity and dedication.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Transfer and process payments from customers, clients, or employees, assuring reliability and efficiency.

• Maintain an organized and secure cash drawer, ensuring proper cash handling and storage.

• Conduct accurate tallying, verification, and recording of cash, checks, and other forms of payment.

• Process electronic payments, such as credit card transactions and Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs).

• Preserve accurate and current financial records of all money movements.

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliation to maintain accuracy.

• Prepare and submit required financial reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in handling high-value transactions and a strong understanding of financial protocols.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in payment processing software and systems.

• Resiliency in high-pressure situations and a problem-solving attitude.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a finance cashier or similar role is preferable.

• A good understanding of modern payment methods, including EFTs and credit card transactions.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to maintain a level-headed presence during peak business hours.
