Job Title: General Cashier
GolfGear Pro, a leader in golfing equipment and services, is seeking an experienced and meticulous General Cashier to join our team. The prospective candidate will handle monetary transactions, provide excellent customer service, and maintain cash record integrity.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Cash Handling: Receive and process cash, checks, credit/debit card payments, and other payment forms from customers. Validate the authenticity of transactions and ensure their accuracy.
• Record Keeping: Maintain a daily cash register, promptly and accurately record all transactions. Prepare regular summaries, reports, and reconcile cash drawer balances.
• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and issues related to payments. Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to management when required.
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent numeracy skills and precision in handling money
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Able to stand for long periods
