Job Title: HR Executive, Recruitment and Staffing
LuxeTravel Adventures, a fast-growing company located in the beautiful Mason City of Iowa, is in search of a persistent and agile HR Executive for Recruitment and Staffing. We are on the lookout for a proficient and proactive individual who can accelerate our recruitment process and enhance our staffing strategies. This role is geared towards a person with people-centric skills, coupled with a high standard of ethical conduct.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The HR Executive's key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and facilitating interviews.

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires involving paperwork, orientation, and training.

Respond to employee inquiries and resolve any HR-related issues or conflicts through thorough investigation and recommendation of appropriate actions.

Arrange and coordinate training programs and workshops to boost employee skills and understanding. Maintain and develop necessary training materials and resources.
Qualifications and Skills:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Previous experience in HR executive or relevant role

Understanding of labor laws and hiring processes

Strong ethical standards and high integrity

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience:
Relevant HR experience, especially in Recruitment and Staffing, is highly advantageous.
Additional Requirements:
The right candidate would have a natural ability to carry out tasks with a high level of transparency and discretion due to the sensitive nature of the HR role.
