We are currently looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying invoices, coding, and entering these invoices into our accounting system. The main aim is to ensure optimal cash flow and take advantage of early payment discounts.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization.

• Code and enter invoices into the accounting system accurately and promptly.

• Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.

• Prepare and process payment runs, including checks, electronic transfers, and ACH payments.

• Monitor and manage payment terms to take advantage of early payment discounts and optimize cash flow.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Executive or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
