Job Title: Business Support Executive
TechSynergy Solutions Inc. is in search of a Business Support Executive. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and route them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
Collect, analyze, and organize data to support decision-making and reporting.
Create and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports for various departments.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly updating and verifying information.
Qualification, Skills, and Competencies:
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Possess strong organizational, management, and administrative skills.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Show high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Necessary Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is preferred.
