Job Title: Executive Secretary
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly competent Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to our high-level executives. Additionally, you will be expected to handle confidential information and make necessary decisions on behalf of the management.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience working as an Executive Secretary or a similar role.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in various office software, including email tools, spreadsheets, and databases.
Able to handle high levels of confidentiality.
Responsibilities and Duties
Here's what you'll be doing:
Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
Prepare reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Take meeting notes and minutes in executive meetings.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Maintain inventory and office supplies, anticipate office needs, and expedite orders when necessary.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
