Job Title: Team Leader and Operations Manager

The post holder will be responsible for leading, motivating and coaching a sizable team to achieve departmental objectives, as well as being instrumental in developing operational strategies and plans. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of 20 members to meet and exceed departmental objectives.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring a sense of teamwork and accountability among staff.
• Develop and implement robust operational strategies and plans aligned with the company's goals and targets.
• Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure that all department resources—personnel, equipment, budget—are used efficiently and effectively.
• Routinely monitor and evaluate departmental performance, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.

Requirement:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required for this position, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role.
