Job Title: General Manager Management

Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and implement the organization's short-term and long-term strategic plans in line with our mission and vision.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of department heads and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Manage the organization's budget, financial resources, and profitability, ensuring efficient allocation of funds and cost control.
Oversee day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring high-quality product/service delivery.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
Significant leadership experience in a senior management role.
Proven track record of financial management.
Effective strategic planner and executor.
A natural leader with strong communication skills.
Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
A bachelor's degree in business administration or similar. An MBA is a plus.
