Job Title: Change Management Specialist

• Promote an environment of transparency and trust through clear and open lines of communication.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, Psychology, or Equivalent.

• Proven experience in Change Management is essential.

• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Ability to develop impressive change management plans and KPIs.

Additional Requirements:

• Change Management certification is a plus.
