A professional HR Certification would be a great advantage.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Maintenance and update of our employee handbook and other HR-related documentation will be a major part of your duties. Keeping abreast of changing legal and regulatory compilations affecting HR practices will also be required. In addition, you will need to identify training needs among our staff, coordinating employee development programs and supporting career growth for all members of our team.
