The individual will have a crucial role in managing the whole contract lifecycle, ensuring that contract terms align with our firm's policies and legal requirements. Responsibilities and Duties:

Your main tasks include but are not limited to:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a plethora of contracts such as sales agreements, vendor agreements, service contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and more.

• Ensuring that contract terms are in accordance with the company's guidelines and regulating principles.

• Coordinating the contract execution process, obtaining all necessary approvals and signatures.

• Maintaining a centralized, accessible repository of all executed contracts for future reference and easy retrieval.

Skills and Competencies:

We are looking for candidates who embody the following skills:

• Previous experience in contract management or similar roles.

• Excellent comprehension of legal terminology pertaining to contracts.

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience with contract management software is a plus.
