Job Title: Contract Management Specialist
At FinServ Financial Advisors, we are in need of a detail-oriented Contract Management Specialist. The individual will have a crucial role in managing the whole contract lifecycle, ensuring that contract terms align with our firm's policies and legal requirements. If you are adept at drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Your main tasks include but are not limited to:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a plethora of contracts such as sales agreements, vendor agreements, service contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and more.

Ensuring that contract terms are in accordance with the company's guidelines and regulating principles.

Coordinating the contract execution process, obtaining all necessary approvals and signatures.

Maintaining a centralized, accessible repository of all executed contracts for future reference and easy retrieval.
Skills and Competencies:
We are looking for candidates who embody the following skills:

Previous experience in contract management or similar roles.

Excellent comprehension of legal terminology pertaining to contracts.

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience with contract management software is a plus.
