Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We're seeking a Supply Chain Manager. This vital role ensures smooth operations from the genesis of raw materials production to the delivery of the final product to our esteemed customers. The Manager supervises the entire flow, covering goods, services, information, and finances, linking all points in our supply chain.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage and optimize the procurement, warehousing, transportation, and customer servicing divisions.

• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions promptly.

• Lead and manage the supply chain department ensuring the efficient delivery of pursuits.

• Coordinate with key stakeholders, manage key performance indicators, and prepare and execute regular reports.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience in Supply Chain Management or relevant role.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and strategies.

• Excellent leadership and people management skills with an ability to manage diverse team members.

• Exceptional planning and logistics management skills.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role or with substantive responsibility in managing a supply chain in a comparable organization.

• Ability to work with data analysis tools.
