Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
• Qualified applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional designation such as CFA or CPA is a plus.
• Proven experience in asset management or finance, with demonstrated ability to manage a wide range of assets.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills paired with excellent business judgment.
• Familiarity with financial planning systems and asset management tools.
Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-level management position.
• Previous experience in handling financial assets and making investment decisions.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Develop asset-managing strategies and implement short and long-term asset-management plans.
• Maximize asset potential and return on investment to meet the company's financial objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and ROI.
• Evaluate and manage risk, ensuring compliance with each asset’s relevant regulations and obligations.
