Qualifications and Skills

Responsibilities and Duties
A Direct Care Worker’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with personal care: bathing and grooming, dressing, toileting, and exercise.
Basic food preparation: preparing meals, shopping, housekeeping, laundry, and other errands.
Monitoring of medication.
Providing companionship and supportive listening.
Necessary Experience
