Job Title: Employee Care and Wellness Specialist
ZenZone Industries is seeking to hire a compassionate, resilient, and proactive Employee Care and Wellness Specialist. This critical role aims to provide effective and responsive emotional support to employees grappling with diverse personal and professional challenges.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Providing a listening ear and emotional support to employees facing personal or professional difficulties.
Delivering guidance and making referrals to suitable resources.
Working in partnership with internal teams and external resources to develop and manage mental health and wellness initiatives.
Administering and promoting the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to ensure maximum utilization and accessibility of confidential counseling and support services.
Qualifications and Skills:
A bachelor's degree in counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a relevant field.
Demonstrated competence in providing emotional support and guidance to individuals facing challenging situations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels.
An understanding of mental health wellness programs and their application within the workplace setting.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Assistance, Counseling, or related area is crucial.
Additional Requirements:
You should have a high degree of empathy, confidentiality, and resilience, coupled with outstanding problem-solving skills.
