Job Title: Demolition Worker

Seeking a proficient and reliable Demolition Worker to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a crucial part of our operations, bringing technical knowledge and practical skills to safely and efficiently demolish various structures. Your work will directly contribute to our bigger mission - creating the space and foundation for new developments.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct pre-demolition inspections and ensure safe work site conditions.

• Use hand-held and power tools for dismantling structures.

• Work as part of a team to tear down structures according to plan specifications.

• Conduct post-demolition clean-up and salvage useful materials.

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Knowledge of construction and demolition tools and machinery.

• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.

• Teamwork and good communication skills.

• Able to work in all weather conditions and at heights.
  

Experience

• Minimum of one year experience in construction, demolition, or related field.

• Experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
  

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel to various work sites.
