When we say 'run the show', we mean someone who can effectively plan, design, and conduct various events, be it a wholesome wedding, a sophisticated conference, or an energetic corporate function. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who can juggle multiple tasks ensuring that our events run smoothly and successfully.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordinate all facets of events planning and execution, including selection of venues, menu planning, designing events, etc.

• Oversee all event happenings and ensure effectiveness in the event flow.

• Create detailed proposals for events including timelines, vendors, budgets, etc.

• Manage on-site preparations, set up, and clean up for events.

• Assure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Planner or Organizer.

• A Degree in hospitality management, public relations, or a relevant field is preferred.

• An impressive portfolio of previously managed events (weddings, meetings, parties, corporate events).

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.

• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage the logistics of multiple events with various requirements.

• Ability to coordinate and lead the event team to meet client's expectations.

• Strong vendor management skills to ensure smooth event operations

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating large-scale events or corporate functions is a requisite. Familiarity with the event planning industry's latest trends and developments will be appreciated.

Additional Requirements

The job might require travel and work after normal business hours based on the event schedule. A flexible approach to work is a must in this role.
