Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Apex Facilities Management. This role involves regular inspection of our buildings, performance of basic repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring the longevity and operational efficiency of our facility equipment.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Conducting regular inspections of buildings to identify maintenance and repair needs.

Performing basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs as necessary.

Replacing light bulbs, faucets, locks, and other fixtures as needed.

Conducting preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure their longevity.
Qualifications and Skills:

Prior experience in a Building Maintenance Worker role or similar.

Basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail.
Necessary Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance or similar field.

Experience in safety procedures and handling of maintenance equipment.
Additional Requirements:
