Qualifications and Skills

A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Youth Studies, Psychology, or a related field

Ability to proactively identify and respond to the needs of young people
Conflict resolution and crisis management skills
Responsibilities and Duties
Your responsibilities and duties as a Youth Worker will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Working closely with young people to identify their needs, problems, and aspirations
Providing mentorship, guidance, and support to marginalized and at-risk youth
Implementing programs that promote self-confidence, resilience, and healthy development among young people
Collaborating with families, schools, and other community agencies to assist young people
