Job Title: Data Encoder
A crucial role at DataStream Solutions Inc., the Data Encoder is responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and cleaning data across our data management systems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Accurately enter and update data into the organization’s databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, ensuring it meets quality standards.
Identify and rectify data inconsistencies, errors, or missing information.
Participating in continuous improvement activities related to data entry and classification.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to manage and organize large volumes of data.
Proficiency with commonly used office software.
Strong command of English.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Necessary Experience:
Prior experience in data entry or related field is highly desirable. However, thorough training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate promise.
