Responsibilities and Duties:

Evaluate potential partnerships considering benefits, risks, strategic alignment, and market trends.
Lead the end-to-end negotiation and finalization process of partnership contracts, keeping in line with corporate objectives and legal constraints.
Spearhead the application and execution of contracts.
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, upkeeping and fortifying relationships through efficient communication and addressing issues efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as an alliance, business development, or relationship manager, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
