Job Title: Data Delivery Lead

Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage data sourcing, maintaining optimal data quality and accuracy
Develop and implement strategies for data delivery processes
Coordinate with tech and non-tech teams to establish actionable goals
Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot, and propose robust solutions
Ensure constant compliance with data security and privacy standards
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
Expert knowledge of data management principles and best practices
Strong leadership skills with an ability to drive cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Adept at solving complex problems and implementing effective solutions
Experience:
Applicants should have a minimum 5 years’ experience working in a similar capacity or as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist. Knowledge in data analytics and a history of managing multi-department projects will be beneficial in this role.
Additional Requirements:
Applicants must have proficiency in a variety of data management tools and platforms. Familiarity with Agile methodology and a passion for staying updated with industry's newest trends and technologies is a plus.
