• Manage customer inquiries and issues related to tourism operations

• Evaluate the effectiveness of our tourism measures and activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a related field

• Strong communication and people skills

• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities

• Proficiency in using a variety of computer software to manage reservations, schedules, and other relevant information

• Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Experience

• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, event planning, or a similar role would be advantageous

• Proven experience in dealing with customers, handling inquiries, and managing customer relationships.
